Is This Bill is operated by John Shoufler. This page is how you ask us to delete the account shown on Google Play and on the website.

Fastest way — in the app or on the website

1. Open https://isthisbill.com/account or Account in the Is This Bill app.
2. Sign in with the email on the account. Regular accounts get a one-time link. Store reviewers use the password given to Apple or Google.
3. On Account, go to Delete this account.
4. Type that same email to confirm. The delete cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email help@isthisbill.com from the address on the account. Subject: Delete Is This Bill account. Tell us you want the account and its saved data removed. We match the request to the email we have. We do not ask for a Social Security number or a photo of the bill for this request.

We complete email requests within 30 days. Most finish sooner.

What we delete

• The account email and letter identity you typed.
• Saved cases, letters, household and workplace membership you created, dates, and inbound-mail records.
• Payment identifiers we stored (Stripe or Apple). We cannot erase Apple’s or Google’s own purchase history.

Uploaded bill files are not kept after the scan. Unsigned scans are already purged within 24 hours. Server logs (case id, timing, verdict word, errors) are operational only and do not include document text.
