V1 is built for the United States. Do not upload documents about someone else unless you are allowed to handle that paperwork.

Documents are analyzed to produce your verdict and then deleted within 24 hours unless you save a case. Saving a case is optional.

We do not sell personal health information. We do not use your documents to train models. We log only a case id, timing, the verdict word, and error codes. Document text does not go to analytics.

If you create an account, we store your email (through Clerk) and the case you chose to keep. Delete the case from the Cases page. To delete an account, write help@isthisbill.com.

Vendors that may see a document while it is processed: Anthropic (vision), DigitalOcean (compute), and, if you save a case, Supabase. Until business associate agreements are signed, do not treat this product as a place to store a family’s bills.
